A bonsai in the world of marijuana, Lowryder is a hybrid was inbred and selected for nine generations, resulting in a highly versatile plant that goes from seed to harvest in just two months. Lowryder forms a main bud with an average of 6 inches in length. Small buds begin very near the ground, and shape as well as other branches, with nodes very close. They have a slightly irregular shape with thick pistils and orange coloring.
Leaf blades of this variety are often slightly whorled with long petioles, which give sufficient clearance between the stem and leaf to bud formation and circulation of air on this miniature plant. Lowrider can be grown in almost any climate and thrive succesfully in unlikely places like Finland, the Northwest Territories and other high altitudes or places with very short seasons. Due to the small size, this strain is also well suited and easily contained when grown in a garden or patio, or as a windowsill plant.
